"Clean. Personnel were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were as quick as anywhere we have ever stayed. Breakfast was excellent (don't know about other meals because breakfast was the only meal we ate in the hotel). Hotel was easily accessible from the highway and was close to downtown and recreational area. Parking was excellent. Pool and exercise room are very good. The manager answered E-mail questions promptly, courteously, and correctly prior to our visit. We had an enjoyable visit and will stay here on return visits. An Outback Steakhouse adjoined the hotel property and was within easy walking distance."

"I have a son in college and we stay at this hotel every time we visit him. The people at this hotel have always made our stay enjoyable. They are very friendly and accommodating. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in the Florence - Sheffield - M.Shoals area for the next two years. The only thing I wish they would change is I wish they would allow small dogs."
